This is a call from Tyler at Marks at 17400 Lorain Ave. Caller states that two people walked out with shopping carts full of stuff. One white suspect, one black suspect, both males. They had a female driver. She was driving a black SUV. Female had blue hair. Vehicle last seen making a left out of the parking lot towards Rocky River. No weapons were seen. The CAD is 08.
