Check the welfare. 3800 West Michigan Street, apartment 2309, Maple Creek Apartments. 20 minutes ago, caller saw two to three juveniles running in and out of the apartment on the third floor. Also saw an infant crawling and following them. Caller is no longer on scene. 500 North, 3900 West. Both cars. Both units at 2051.
