Attention, North District 42, Adam 245, 423. Adam 245, Adam 423. Check the welfare of children, 52nd and the Monon Trail. On the Monon Trail, three juveniles, 12 to 13 years old, are speeding, doing jumps on the Monon on motorized dirt bikes. One has a helmet on. They're not listening to adults. 5000 North, 1100 East. 245 from Kessler and Keystone. 423 from 62 and Keystone. Both units, 2042.
