Charles 15 and Charles 13, pre-empting both of you, starting for a 211 time on Mill Creek at Capitol Park Drive. Our caller believes she was just witnessing a 211 in progress. Special attention, TAC 11, just due to your proximity to this location. The caller is advising there was a male that tackled another male that was on a bicycle into the grass at the corner. The main suspect leaving took off southbound Capitol Park with both the purple and the red bicycle. Male, one adult, gray shirt, was riding on the front. Possible victim, male, white adult.
