10-4, showing both units en route to 3768 Northeast 12th Avenue. Be advised, we received two calls for this. It was reference to a white male, black shirt, pink shorts, exposing himself to people walking around. This call came in at 1935. He was last seen heading southbound. He was thin-build, curly hair, black shirt, pink shorts, cross-stitched in front of the OPD municipal building. And they advise that he's still, at 1945, he was still pulling his pants down.
