Attention all gardener units, I-40 eastbound near exit 306. Be on the lookout for a, two CNR drivers. One's going to be a black BMW sedan, the other is a white BMW sedan. The white vehicle has personalized 28 of Adam Sam Union George Adam. They are slowing down and speeding up, causing other drivers to almost hit them. Authority concerned citizen, my time is 1933.
