I have a 39 again in 4 zone. 113 Northeast 11th Ave, unit 1. The neighbor and the caller are having an argument over who the stray cat belongs to. And the neighbor is on the way home. 15 minute ETA to come talk to the caller. Caller doesn't feel safe. She's going to stay inside her unit until TLA goes 97. Units are just at the unit.
