Yeah i talked to the deputy and all they told me was that a man jumped off a balcony and was armed and he had some sort of mental illness
Overheard on the scanner: suspect has been up for 24 hours, on kratom, and has a Glock, may have accidentally discharged. Take this with a grain of salt.
