Caller advised there's an older white male, blue shirt and jeans and a gray insignity. He took some kind of medication and now he's on the ground twitching. He's awake and breathing, no visible weapons. EMS is en route. 1000 North, 10,000 East. Both cars. Baker 432 and 430 at 1645.
