Citywide, all units standby for a 10-36 in reference to a vehicle that was taken in an armed carjacking, 2500 block of Shirley. Within the last few minutes, a 2024 Toyota RAV-4, silver in color, Maryland tag of 7 George Henry 3056. Suspect's a number one male, approximately the age of 18, years of age, wearing all black clothing. Anyone coming in contact, use caution, advise the Northern, time's 1355.
