6623 Preston Highway at the In-Town Suites. The caller is advising there is a subject that has been asked to leave. He's back on the property. He says the police told him earlier that if he came back, he'd be arrested. A Black male in a red shirt and red shorts. He's on the 142 side towards the back of the property by the dumpster. He's known to abuse narcotics.
