Car, the broadcast from 2001 regarding a missing person from 815 West Shelby Drive. 61-year-old male, White, brown, and adult, stated birth 4-25-65. Last seen yesterday, 2100 and 2130 hours. Wearing a black cowboy hat, black shirt, black pants, black boots, cowboy boots. He's diagnosed with paranoid, schizophrenic, and bipolar, not on his meds. He possibly has a black handgun and a black knife if approached. Ed.

251, start for the missing person at 815 West Shelby Drive for Tarika Carter. Need to make a report regarding a patient, 57-year-old male, white, Vernon Edward. Last seen last night around 2100 hours. Has a date of birth of 4-25 of 1965. Last seen wearing all black clothing. He's got gray and black hair, blue eyes, 5'7", 25 pounds.
