PMS 1, units responding to the 24th and Washington. A witness is advising that it's just one vehicle. Unknown what it is at this time. It's a red Buick sedan and the patient's unconscious and what's foaming at them off. Unknown if conscious or not. It's going to be a 30-year-old female, conscious and breathing.
