Ranger 121, we have a disturbance at 3649 Cold Spring Road. I'm clear. I'll be en route from 69 and South Fork. Okay, ME7 is en route as well. Apparently, this guy in a white Ford Fusion dumped two dogs and was threatening to call the other callers on the backside of the Marion Sports Complex in a black Toyota Corolla.
