Engine 28 to Manhattan. Engine 28. There's no call fire at the box, it looks like this is a disabled vehicle going northbound. 10-4, you want to make it a 19 for a 31? 10-4, you can have 415 continuing, heading northbound, since they're already heading that direction. 10-4.
