Any Newton unit, vandalism suspect there now, 43rd and Central, in the rear alley. Suspect is a male, Hispanic, 24 to 25 years, black hat, black hooded sweatshirt, arm was a bat, hitting random items in the alley. It's code 2, incident 4304, RD 1346.
