Cars. Loudoun County reports, rolling domestic on Route 15 northbound, where a male and a female were observed fighting in a vehicle. Male party was possibly struck by the vehicle. Female party called in on 911 and advised the male refused to get out of the car and then disconnected, break. Loudoun County did one ping on the female's phone. It showed in the area of Urbana Pike and Buckystown Pike. Sergeant is still attempting to make contact via phone. The vehicle is a tan Toyota 4Runner.
