Kids be darting out into traffic on their bikes and scooters all the time. I don’t know how many near misses I’ve seen in the last couple months.
Kids dart out a lot on the roads. They should not be riding on the roads at all. Modoc is another dangerous road and I almost hit a child on that road a few weeks ago. The kid was no older than 4 and came whipping out into the street and came very close to being hit. Where are the parents with these little kids? My kids were always being watched when they were very little and they were not allowed ever riding bikes without us and never in the street!
Bicycles do not belong on the roadway!!!
It’s not the children’s fault, parents need to be able to say NO and not change their minds just because everyone else has them.
