732 for an update. 32. Alright, and this kidnapping just occurred. It's now coming in at 74 and Halstead. They're saying that two male Blacks are driving southbound on Halstead in a maroon Nissan with a Frank Robert 57023. Said two male Blacks kidnapped a female White and that she jumped out the car. The two offenders are male Blacks in dreads, white t-shirt, black pants. And the second one has a black shirt and black pants. She got out at random.

7-32. 32. I had a kidnapping just occurred on the beat, 73rd and Hofstede. The caller said that a male chased a woman and threw her inside of a vehicle. Male black with dreads chased a female Hispanic wearing a black shorts. They hopped into a maroon four-door Nissan Altima with vehicle damage with the plate of Frank Robert 57023. Per the caller, they were last seen headed westbound on 73rd Street. 10-4.
