3239. 39. In any unit close to Walmart on Ferguson, the parking lot, I got report of an assault. 3410, I'm in the parking lot at Walmart. Caller witnessed in Walmart parking lot, a male assaulting a child. They were in a silver SUV, but now it's parked. It's a male, 60s with gray hair, dark shirt, blue jeans, and a wood cane, and a female, black, 40s, colorful bonnet. They're both out of the vehicle at this time. Suspect had a white baseball cap.
