Code 4, 67, the person I have on the line manages the building there, and he was getting the information from a third floor building, uh, building office. And they do not wish to meet, but he would like to speak to you over the phone. He's advising there's approximately five encampments that are growing, and it's continuing where they're fighting amongst each other, harassing the passerbys, and they're also threatening the Chick-fil-A employees. Please.

The suspect left on an e-bike last seen, McCatton towards Sunset, unknown direction. 67, roger, you can show Code 4, McCatton and Sunset.Southwest units, 415 man assaulting a woman, 1400 Dana Street, inside a gray Honda Civic.
