He's been down on the east or north bank, halfway between Maryland and 24th Street. One subject's a White male, 50 years old, thin, sitting on canal steps. The other is a White female, 40 years old, heavy-build, black-brown shorts. Suspects have two bicycles with unknown weapons and no contact, 936 hours.
