Caller states there's an approximate 12-year-old biracial male in the driver's seat of a gray van. Child is alone. It appears he's struggling to put gas into the vehicle. Caller's concerned he drove to the location. 1 North, 5900 East. 160, I'll check this run if you want to go take care of the 43 run. Okay. Um, 160's clear.
