Police in Baltimore responded to reports of a car submerged in floodwater at Erdman Ave and Pulaski Hwy, with at least one adult and a child reportedly trapped inside. Subsequent reports indicated the possibility of a second submerged vehicle at the scene.

Alright, 21. 21, go ahead. Alright, we just made aware by a tow operator. Apparently, there's a Toyota Corolla in the middle of the bridge underwater.

Floodwater is heavily flowing from the train bridge area, contributing to the road flooding.

Police report that the stretch of road on Erdman Ave from Pulaski to North Point is completely flooded out. They are blocking access to the area until DPW clears the water.
