1 Charles 75, 1 Charles 78 to start for a 910 prowler call at 4384 71st Street in 7C Charles. It just occurred. There's a male outside the window taking pictures of the complainant on his cell phone. It's a neighbor that the male, correction, that the complainant has never spoken to who is adjacent to the unit. It's a male, Asian, 40s, 5'8", heavy build, blue tank top with a design on the front, shorts, no weapons seen, and he's currently still in front of the home taking pictures and is in the driveway taking pictures through the living room window.
