Units in 17 and citywide, we're getting a person with a knife at Montrose and Pulaski, Pulaski and Montrose. Anonymous intoxicated man walking the street, saw offender, male, white, 30s to 40s, light brown hair, last seen wearing shirt over his face, shirtless. Last seen headed northbound on Pulaski, offender turned westbound down the side street. Nothing further. Zone 1, District 17, clear.
