Peacher, red sweatpants, black shoes. Took a large amount of apparel, pulled a bike to 12th Street. Also had two other males with him, no flash on them. Repeating on 24th district, theft in progress. 3401 Aramid, coming from the Burlington. It was a White or Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie, black t-shirt, red sweatpants, and black shoes. Took a large amount of apparel, fled on a bike towards Venango. Nothing further.
