Any Rampart unit, possible ADW suspect, 150 Glendale Boulevard. The suspect is a female, white, 45 years, blonde hair, blue hat, light blue tank top, possibly under the influence. Previously, it's attempted to choke the PR, yelling and refusing to leave. Code 2, incident 3773, RD 238. 1080 years, green coat, khaki pants, appears disoriented. Code 2, incident 3771, RD 34.
