Truck 21 Sergeant, Truck 21 OIC, we were able to make entry on the elevator. No one stuck. It's apparent that they are doing service to this elevator. Okay, received. Can you turn, is it called? No, they've got, it's completely opened up for work being done, and it's stuck in between floors. I can't get to the top, taking off the main power switch. I received. Can you turn it down for an inside? I don't know.
