He may have run off scared by the fireworks last night…. Give him water & food and take him to a vet asap to be scanned for chip! Keep him safe with you until owners are found! Do Not call 311 or make him go to a shelter! They are all overloaded and killing dogs & cats that they can’t house!
Hi everyone. Apparently this dog “Sebastian” is not being treated well, and lives in a building above a restaurant. The owners show neglect and maybe even abuse. I’m not sure how to help but any suggestions would be so helpful
Call the ASPCA
If the dog is being abused pleaasedont return him,if the baby needs a home and is healthy i will gladly take him.
@Dreama714 I didn’t have a choice 😔 But I am going to try and call rescue. I’m so sad for this baby. This woman was really cracked out taking him upstairs
