Alright, units responding to the 63 and Racine, 761 David was looking at the pods over there, saw a male, black, 5'8", short dreads, had a knife in his hand. He was brandishing it. Then he got into a small black Nissan hatchback, which was riding around in the area recklessly. So use caution.
