Ladder 19, Brooklyn. 109. Notify DEP in front of 579 74th Street, we got a hydrant we can't shut down. Are you on the hydrant? Negative, we were driving by, somebody asked us to shut it down, and I think the shutoff in the street might be paved over, and we're unable to do it with a tool. Just got a sprinkler cap on it. 10-4, we'll let the DEP know.
