Attention District 7 units, information on a 459 suspect that was seen at Florham Perkins Road and Belvedere Avenue, about 5 ago now. Caller says the subject matches the description of the suspect. Male, White, elderly, 5'10 to 11', thin to medium build, black palm angels shirt, black shorts, black shoes, skull tattoo on the right ear, took off westbound on 14th on a bicycle. Again, that was Florham Perkins and Belvedere.
