621. Suspicious person, 8035 Parnell. It got a lot of time on it. Caller stated that it was her husband. It was a male, Black, wearing a light-colored jacket, jeans, going through the neighbor's door, trying to get inside. He had on light-colored clothing, no weapons observed, nothing further.
