As of shortly before 9:30am, fire department has departed. Neighbors mostly report not being woken up by the "large bang" but heard that a large part of the hill was on fire.
Correction, most of the fire department departed, one engine remains but crews appear to not be active.
About 5:50am there was a loud explosion that shook houses; possibly a propane tank exploded? 6:45am Still smoldering and smoke, as crews continue to cut up the building that was on fire.
