And 14, the armed person, 4000 Fort Armistead, 4000 Fort Armistead, says, caller advised of a car meet and they are shooting guns. Hispanic male in a white shirt, blue jeans, about 5'2", 130 pounds, is the one shooting the gun. And that's 4000 Fort Armistead.
