Everyone is stuck in gridlock trying to leave the Marina and the Embarcadero following the Big Bay Boom. There were 3 emergency calls when the traffic first started. A medical call at Seaport Village, a car crash and an OD. The freight train is blocking traffic from traveling east. The road rage started because the emergency vehicles couldn’t get through and it’s been like this ever since!
