It appears that a male, all black, with a ski mask and a red book bag ran in front of the address where the shooting occurred and then started running westbound after the shots fired. For the description of the witness on scene, so he has a red book bag and fled westbound from the location. All right, time for the offender from that person shot, 1601 West 108th Place. They got a male wearing all black ski mask. He was carrying a red backpack.

2202. 02. Could you please get a car to the front of the station? We have an emergency with EMS with a person shot, and the ambulance and the person or family members are following them. They have a notification in the front. Alright, is this Ambulance 17?
