Command to dispatch, this does appear to be just an exterior fire that was held in check. Check. We're going to handle it with Engine 16, Engine 17, and the truck. All others can return. I'll remain on scene as well. Dispatch, copy, 2314. See the command, spoke with the homeowner. There's no individuals inside. I'm going to call primary search, 1 and 2 all clear.
