Lancaster 111, the handle 415 business, 43525 10th Street West at the Target. Informant stated, male, Hispanic, adult, wearing gray shorts, gray shirt, blue Dodger hat, acting erratic, walking in and out of the store, causing a disturbance. DP is now in the parking lot, no weapons seen, TAC 24.
