It has been reported that at least 3 strings of approx 5 rounds each were heard coming from a property adjacent to the field at Cobb stadium (at DeKalb School of the Arts) where hundreds were gathered to see fireworks. During the second string if gunfire, individuals began to take cover. Authorities immediately cleared the area. It has been reported that at least one individual was detained for celebratory gunfire. No injuries were reported.
