 We made contact with the first CP. They stated that the suspect's description is going to be correct. He's going to be armed with a black 417. No victims of it right now. They just saw him waving it around. Looks like he's going to be walking southbound to where the boats are.

Police have been advised by a witness that the suspect is armed with a black handgun and is walking southbound toward the boats.

 This CP is advising of a black sweater with a red logo on the scooter, was pointing a black Glock 9mm at the CP and passerbys.
