Suspect is a brother, male, Hispanic, 36 years, 400 pounds, light complexion, bald beard, no mental illness, known to have anger issues, assaulted the PR's mother with his walker. Code 2, incident 3509 and RD 428. Any Van Nuys unit, ADW investigation. Meet your PR at 14710 Burbank Boulevard. It occurred 10 minutes ago at the intersection of Burbank and Kester. The suspect vehicle last seen northbound on the 454 away from Burbank. It's a black Lexus. All right.
