for explosion, 2233 North 58th Street. Caller heard a loud explosion, a fire on the south side, then saw a male who appeared to be high, walking back and forth, yelling at vehicles, weapons. No visible damage and no, the smoke came after the explosion, but it has since dissipated. 2 West 58th Street. Caller's saying they don't believe that it was a firework.
