21X39, 21X39, have you arrived?Roger, ma'am. 21X39, roger. Unit to bring a unit, vandalism suspect there now, 6621 Fallbrook Avenue at the Fallbrook Center. Suspect is a transient male, Hispanic, goatee, hat with black bandanas, neon, correction, black and neon yellow, water ski vest, black pants with tools, 390, ripped lights off of the building. It's code 2, incident 337, 1 RD 2143.
