It's a black Hyundai Tucson, local Tango 407, Echo Papa. Dog is going to be a German Shepherd, is panting. Vehicle is going to be parked next to a fence off, fenced off area in the parking lot where they're adding an electric station on the north end. PD, correction, fire is en route and no further. I'll be en route. 55, I'm pretty close to that. I can be en route as well. Fire.
