I got a possible on the north sidewalk of 9th, just east of Flower. He's sitting on the entrance of the apartment complex. White hoodie with black pants. Looks like he was carrying something, but I couldn't tell if it was a rifle. Units responding to 9th, area 18 has possible suspect on the north side of 9th, east of Flower. He's sitting at the entrance of the apartment complex. White hooded sweater, black pants. L9, you can verify we have a code Robert responding to that.
