Any Mission unit, 415 man, Cedros and Chase, in the alleyway between Tobias and Cedros. Suspect is outside of the gate waiting for PR to allow entry. Male, Hispanic, wearing navy blue shirt, navy blue shorts, holding a metal wrench, was previously in a verbal altercation with an unknown female. Female ran away from suspect. It's Code 2, incident 1541, RD 19.
