17th, 17th units and 12831, 12831, this wrong or possible 187 suspect left, Western and 48th. Suspect vehicle is a white van, unknown license plate, last seen 49th from 48th Street. Suspects were four male Hispanics wearing black ski masks and all black clothing. Had dumped a black, two black trash bags in front of a cleaning business with a black trash bin and open top and thread location.
