Broadcasting a BOL out of Southwest for an armed 211 of a person that occurred on Fresno and Sears and Charles Street, approximately 8 minutes ago. Suspect's description is going to be two Black male adult, unknown clothing description, rape. Broadcasting further on the BOL, the first male is going to be armed with a crowbar. Victim can, the victim will pursue charges. Fresno, clear.
